YAMAMOTOSEIFUN – MUNE HANAROU CHINESE SOY SAUCE NOODLES
This noodle dish is reminiscent of Hong Kong style noodles! Soy sauce noodles are traditionally served with thick cut onion that have been sauteed in a delicious mix of sauces. If you pan fry a few then add them to your dish with sesame oil, you’ll be surprised at how well all the flavors work together!
YAMAMOTOSEIFUN – MUNE HANAROU CHINESE SALTED NOODLES
Another dish in the Mune Hanarou line, these noodles are traditional salt flavor. Like traditional Shio and Shoyu flavors, we’ve added a soy and salt to the March Crate! Make sure to let us know which one you like more!
MINI CUP NOODLE
Our first mini ramen is Cup Noodle’s original flavor! If you want to take this snack sized noodle bowl to another level we suggest sauteing a few shrimp to add to the dish! Add in a pat of butter along with some scallion for a tasty treat!
SANKEI SHIMBUN OSAKA RAMEN SOY SAUCE
This month we bring you a special bowl of ramen highlighting the delicious sweet and salty broth typical of the Osaka region! The soup base highlights tamanegi, onion, in a delicious way! We recommend adding some fish cake, scallions and nori!
SAPPORO MISO RAMEN MINI BOWL
Sometimes you just want a snack. That’s why we included two mini ramen in the March Crate! This little bowl packs quite a punch! The carrots and corn included really help add body to a delicious miso broth which also boasts hints of garlic and ginger. Yum!
DAIKOKU FOODS – BIG CURRY UDON
The rich flavor of curry along with thick udon noodles makes for a very satisfying dish! You can very simply elevate this savory dish with a soft boiled egg and a few other ingredients. This may just be our favorite bowl in March’s Crate!
