SAKURAI FOOD – SOY RAMEN FOR VEGETARIANS
Another noodle from Sakurai Food! This vegetarian style ramen is completely free of animal and seafood ingredients! Once again, just add on whatever veggies you want and you’ll have a delicious vegetarian noodle dish!

KOKUBU – NAGASAKI PREFECTURE’S SOY SAUCE FLAVORED DASHI RAMEN
Nagasaki tends to use rich oily fish in its broth. Don’t let the anchovy scare you!! What this little fatty fish helps add is a round quality along with a nice salt level to the broth of this ramen!

ACECOOK – MINI TEMPURA SHRIMP SOBA – REDUCED SALT
Our second mini noodle for May is a delicious buckwheat soba. Just saute a few shrimp and toss them on top to help make a tasty quick mean!

ITSUKI KUMAMON UDON
Kumamon is back with another delicious Udon this month~! This particular noodle dish features delicious tempura pearls, and is often served during the summer! We highly recommend dressing it the same way as last months Kumamon Udon!

KIN-CHAN TEI TSUYUKAKE AKAJISO UDON
This month we have included two udon dishes for you to enjoy! This second udon boasts a very unique reddish colored broth which is super tasty! Adding just a bit of toasted sesame seed helps round out the flavor and adds a nice crunch in comparison to the chewy noodles!

MINI MARU SOUMEN
This mini noodle cup is your May snack~! Another noodle that is generally enjoyed during the summer, this soumen dish has faint hints of yuzu to the broth. It’s light and makes a great bite for when you only have a few minutes to come up with something to eat!

FUJISHA MISO RAMEN
To follow our May trend of healthier noodles, we’ve included this miso ramen! Fujisha Miso Ramen uses non-GMO soy along with plant only ingredients and scallop to flavor the broth. Fresh ingredients help make this healthier dish shine!
